Seam Bowling

Seam movement happens when the ball lands on its seam and deviates off the surface. That means the seam has to be upright and still at the moment it leaves your hand, which comes from light grip pressure and a stable wrist rather than extra effort. Length matters just as much: a fuller, hard length gives the ball a chance to move and still hit the stumps. Chase the seam position first and the movement usually looks after itself.
